TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Art 1º These regulations have been registered with the Secretary of Tourism, therefore its clauses are mandatory for guests who contract services with any lodging establishment.

Art 2º Any person requesting accommodation in a hotel must register in the cards and / or special books established by the negotiation and observe within the establishment good manners, morality and decency.

Art. 3º The hotel reserves the right of admission when the guest commits immoral acts or scandals, is in a state of drunkenness or under the influence of drugs or narcotics, or when their luggage contains animals or is intended for use other than the service.

Art 4ª The guest shall specify on the registration card his period of stay, but the unit of time shall be considered to be the term of one day, the expiration of which shall be set at thirteen o’clock each day. The day’s lodging is deemed to be completed when the room is occupied before seven o’clock.

Art. 5º It is the guest’s obligation to pay daily and in advance the lodging service or when required by the hotel, according to the rates approved by the Secretary of Tourism. The guest who vacates the room after the check-out date is obliged to pay one day’s stay. There will be a tolerance of 60 min.

Art. 6º The lack of payment by the guest shall cause instantaneous termination of the accommodation and the hotelkeeper may use public force to demand and carry out the vacating of the room, and may retain the luggage in pledge until payment of the appropriate amount is obtained, and shall enforce judicial or extrajudicial execution, or award the goods at two thirds of their value when it is impossible to sell them.

Art. 7º The hotel negotiation is only responsible as a depository of the values, money, jewelry and other goods that the guests deliver to the hotel administration. The liability of the negotiation is excluded when there is damage or loss of property of the guest due to acts of God, force majeure or acts attributable to the guest himself, his companions or visitors or persons outside the hotel staff.

Art. 8 No user has the right to give lodging to another person or have employees without the consent of the Management, making the corresponding arrangements for their registration and fee.

Art 9º In case a guest becomes ill, his/her relatives shall be notified to remove him/her from the hotel; if the illness is serious or contagious, the nearest health or hospital authority shall be notified and in extreme urgency, the private medical services shall be notified at the expense of the guest or his/her relatives.

Art. 10 The guest shall inform the administration of any illness, death, infraction or crime that may occur, and the rights of the establishment and guests to denounce to the competent authority any illicit act that may occur within the hotel shall remain unaffected.

Art. 11. Objects or valuables forgotten by a guest in any of the facilities of the establishment shall remain in the custody of the administration for up to six months, after which they shall be disposed of in accordance with the law.

Art. 12 Guests are obliged to leave the doors, windows, water and electric current outlets closed, as well as to hand in the key to the administration and notify it of their absence when it is more than 27 hours.

Art 13º The employees of this hotel shall respect the privacy of the guest and shall only have access to the occupied rooms for cleaning purposes and in cases where the safety of the guest is threatened at the request of the guest.

Art 14º Safety measures have been taken at the hotel to prevent fires or accidents.

Art 15º It is strictly forbidden to the guest:

  1. A) Make annoying noises, provoke disturbances, introduce or use in the hotel musicians, animals, chemical products, drugs or food for preparation in the rooms, in general, any act that disturbs or inconveniences other hotel guests.
  2. B) Using the rooms for acts prohibited by law or holding meetings aimed at disturbing public order or disobeying the laws or regulations in force.
  3. C) Use unreasonably or for other purposes the electrical currents, water, goods and objects in the rooms and common areas of the hotel.

Art. 16. Visits, searches, inspections and other procedures that the authorities intend to carry out in the rooms in the performance of their duties, shall be carried out in strict compliance with the constitutional guarantees.

Art. 17º A “Room Reservation” is constituted when the negotiation accepts and confirms the lodging request of a person, which is confirmed with the deposit in advance of the requested lodging amount. Cancellation shall be subject to agreement of the parties.

Art. 18 When the guest violates the provisions of these regulations, his contract shall be terminated and immediate eviction may be demanded and carried out with the assistance of the authorities, without the guest having the right to reduce his debt, and he shall pay the damages caused by his actions.

Art 19º The relations and cases not foreseen in this regulation will be registered by the Federal Law of Tourism, its regulations and by a legislation, in force applicable, as well as the custom and use of lodging.

Art 20º The Hotel is not responsible for the services contracted to third parties, through the Hotel or directly.

Please note that the hotel has a liability insurance in accordance with NOM07TUR.
