Art 1º The present regulation has been registered in the Secretary of Tourism, therefore its clauses are obligatory for the guests that contract the services with any establishment of lodging.
Art 2º Any person requesting accommodation in a hotel must register in the cards and / or special books established by the negotiation and observe within the establishment good customs, morality and decency.
Art 3º The hotel reserves the right of admission when the guest commits immoral acts or scandals, is in a state of intoxication or under the influence of drugs or narcotics, or when their luggage contains animals or is intended to be used other than the service.
Art 4ª The guest will specify on the registration card his period of stay, but it will be considered as a unit of time the term of a day, whose expiration is fixed at thirteen hours of each day. The day of accommodation is understood as fulfilled when the occupation of the room takes effect before seven hours.
Art 5º It is the obligation of the guest to pay daily and in advance for the lodging service or when it is required by the hotel, according to the rates approved by the Secretary of Tourism. The guest who vacates the room after the term is obliged to stay for one day. There will be tolerance of 10 min.
Art 6º The lack of payment by the guest will cause an immediate rescission of the accommodation and the hotelier will be able to make use of the public force to demand and carry out the vacating of the room, being able to retain the luggage in pledge until obtaining the payment of the suitable thing and execute judicial or extrajudicial, or adjudicate the goods in two thirds of its evaluation when the sale is impossible.
Art 7º The hotel negotiation responds only as a depository of the values, money, jewelry and other goods that the guests deliver in the administration of the hotel. The responsibility of the negotiation is excluded when there is damage or loss of property of the guest that comes fortuitous case, force of the same or acts attributable to the guest himself, his companions or visits or of persons unrelated to the hotel staff.
Art 8º No user has the right to give accommodation to another person or have employees without the consent of the Management, making the corresponding arrangements for their registration and fee.
Art 9º In the event that a sick guest should notify their relatives to be removed from the hotel, if the illness is serious or contagious, notice will be given to the nearest health authority or hospital and in extreme urgency, to the services Private doctors on behalf of the guest or relatives.
Art 10º The guest must inform the administration of the illness, death, infraction or offense that is presented, being safe the rights of the establishment and guests to denounce before the competent authority any illicit when they happen inside the hotel.
Art 11º The objects or values forgotten by a guest in any of the facilities of the establishment, will remain in the custody of the administration for up to six months, after which they will be disposed of according to the law.
Art 12º The guests have the obligation in their exits to leave closed the doors, windows, exits of water, electrical current, as well as to give the key in administration and to give notice to the same of his absence when it is greater than 27 hours.
Art 13º The employees of this hotel must respect the guest’s privacy and may only have access to the rooms occupied for cleaning and in cases where the guest’s security is threatened at the request of the guest.
Art 14º In the hotel security measures have been taken for the prevention of fires or accidents.
Art 15º The guest is strictly prohibited:
- A) Make annoying noises, provoke altercations, introduce or use in the hotel musicians, animals, chemical products, drugs or food for their preparation in the rooms in general, any act that disturbs or annoys the other guests of the hotel.
- B) Use the rooms for acts prohibited by law or hold meetings whose purpose is to alter public order or disobey the laws or regulations in force.
- C) Use irrationally or for other purposes electric currents, water, goods and objects in the rooms and common areas of the hotel.
Art 16º Visits, searches, inspections and other procedures that the authorities intend to carry out within the rooms in the fulfillment of their functions shall be carried out with the strictest adherence to constitutional guarantees.
Art 17º Constitutes the “Reservation of the room” when the negotiation accepts and confirms the request of lodging of a person, same that is confirmed with the deposit in advance of the amount of accommodation requested. The cancellation will be subject to agreement of the parties.
Art 18º When the guest violates the provisions of this regulation his contract will be rescinded and may require and carry out the immediate vacancy with the help of the authority without the guest has the right to reduce their debt and pay any damages caused by their proceed.
Art 19º The relations and cases not foreseen in this regulation will be registered by the Federal Tourism Law, its regulations and by an applicable legislation, as well as the custom and use of lodging.
Art 20º The Hotel is not responsible for the services contracted to third parties, through the Hotel or directly.
